Purchasing Methodology global program

Context :

An international industrial company needs roll-out a new program on group purchasing methodology in order to harmonize purchasing practices in all its delegations and business units worldwide.

Objectives:

  • Fine-tune the content for its adaptability to a wide range of audiences
  • Develop learner-friendly delivery methods
  • Prepare a pool of international Purchasing Managers to deliver the program 

Our response:

  • Coach, shadow and mentor the Purchasing Academy Director
  • Re-design program content and integrate learner-centric activities
  • Create a trainer’s guide to help assist internal co-facilitators
  • Coach a team of 20 selected Purchasing Managers for co-facilitating the program in various languages

  • 20 sessions delivered in 2015 with very high satisfaction rates (80 – 95%)
